The app doesn't work most of the time. Called the bank and was told to dump existing app and reload and shut down phone and restart. Didn't work.

My bank since 1978 and enjoying the app since it became available!
This App has never worked properly. I couldn't login and the app kept saying error. When I called to get assistance Friday to deposit my check and get help with the problem, all the person told me was to reinstall it and call back Monday. I couldn't get any help at all. Really bad customer service!!
